  Sook : Who is that man standing over there?
  kyu   : Oh, he is Mr. Carter, our new manager.
  Sook : He is quite good-looking. Do you know how old he is?
  Kyu   : I'm not sure. Probably in his early 30's.
  Sook : Really?  He looks really young for his  age.
  kyu   : I think so, too.  You know, every girl in our company is crazy about him.
  Sook : I can imagine.
  kyu   : But it's not just because of his good looks. 
            He is a really nice person, considerate and understanding.
  Sook : You are lucky to have a manager like him.
  Kyu   : I think so.

  Kyu   : You don't seem to be eating at all.  Aren't you hungry?
  Sook : Well, I'm on a diet.
  Kyu   : But why?  You are not fat at all.
  Sook : Thank you for saying so, but I really have to lose some weight. 
            You know, the summer is just around the corner and I want to get into shape before the summer comes.
  Kyu   : Do you exercise regularly?
  Sook : I used to go swimming two or three times a week, but not any more.  

            I don't have time for it.  How about you?
  Kyu   : I go jogging every day and play basketball on weekends. 
  Sook : Wow. I'm impressed. Now I can see why you are so fit.
  Kyu   : If you really want to get into shape, you'd better do regular exercise instead of going on a diet. 
  Sook : Thank you for the advice. I'll keep that in mind.
